Two Disney Credit Cards Benefit Vacationers
Many people are cautious about credit and there is good reason to be, but few people are without a credit card altogether. Disney offers two credit card options for customers and guests who are interesting in earning points towards Disney park tickets or merchandise. Each card comes with perks but it is up to guests to determine which one they are interested in applying for.
Many credit cards reward faithful users with rewards. Points may vary by the credit card company. Disney also varies its reward points based on the credit card. Disney’s Premier Visa card has an annual fee of $49. The perks include a $100 gift card when you spend $500 in the first three months of opening the account. Guests who use Disney’s Premier Visa card earn 2% in reward dollars when used at gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney locations. Users earn 1% back when the card is used on everything else.
If you are interested in earning reward dollars to apply towards a Walt Disney World Resort vacation or merchandise but don’t want to pay an annual fee, Disney offers a fee-free option. This fee-free card is called the Disney Rewards Visa Card. Users earn 1% in reward dollars for all card purchases and receive a $50 Disney Gift Card after first purchase with the credit card.
With both cards, there is no limit to the number of rewards dollars you can earn. Disney dollars can be redeemed on vacation towards Disney Theme Park tickets, toys, dining, and more. Disney’s Premier Visa Card users can redeem their dollars towards airline tickets.
